How to Purchase From The Rockwell Sales Counter Website

Simply select from the product groups shown on the right hand side of this page to see description and prices of products available within that group (or click here to see the full range). Select the products that you require together with the quantity and add them to your basket.
All prices displayed against products in the retail area of the shop include vat at the current rate. When you proceed through to the checkout the actual vat amount will be shown separately together with the net value (excl vat) of your order.

Quantity Discount

A retail quantity discount off the net value of orders is available for online purchases (excluding those items already offered at a 'special offer' price for which no further discount applies). This quantity discount (and information on the next band of quantity discount which may become available) is shown at the top of each page next to the link for your shopping basket. It can also be found when you take the link to view the items within your basket. Current discounts available for online purchases are as follows:

Spend Over £100 excl. vat – 10% Discount
Spend Over £250 excl. vat – 15% Discount
Spend Over £500 excl. vat – 20% Discount

Quantity discounts are applicable to retail customers only. Special trade terms are available to registered trade users.

Checkout

When you have finished adding products to your basket and are ready to complete your purchase you should proceed to the checkout. If you have never purchased from us before, you will be asked to fill in a short registration form before proceeding. Once your registration is complete, simply return to the checkout where you will be able to view your registered details. At this point you will be given the option to choose an alternative delivery address and add any special delivery instructions for your order - eg) leave with next-door neighbour if no one home etc..

Delivery and Delivery Charges

Deliveries will normally be made by our own dedicated vehicles or by parcel carrier.

Delivery times

Providing stock is available, delivery will normally be made within 5 working days. Deliveries are made by Rockwell vehicles Mon-Fri between the hours of 9.00am and 4.30pm. If your order is dispatched by parcel carrier, deliveries may arrive slightly earlier or later depending on the carrier chosen.

We will contact you and inform you of delivery day before arranging your delivery.

Damages on delivery

In the unlikely event that materials are delivered damaged, this must be indicated on the delivery note and goods signed for as being 'damaged'. Failure to sign for materials as 'damaged' would indicate that materials were delivered/accepted in a satisfactory condition and no further claims for damages could be entertained.

Payment

Payment can be made with credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Switch) online through the realex secure server. Your on-line order can be changed or cancelled at any point in the process up until you confirm your credit card details. When payment has been made we will confirm your order by e mail. If, for any reason, your order is likely to be delayed we will contact you.

If products are out of stock

In exceptional circumstances we may not be able to complete your order from stock. Should this be the case we will contact you as soon as possible to advise delivery time. Please note that your credit card will not be debited until your order is ready for dispatch.

Your right to cancel

You have a right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after receipt of goods without reason provided that we are notified in writing, fax or e-mail (not telephone) within this period. If the order is cancelled after receipt you can either return the goods to us at your own expense or ask us to arrange collection. Where we arrange collection we will charge the direct cost of this. Provided that the goods are returned in original packaging, undamaged and suitable for resale a full refund will be made within 30 days.

Note: Materials which are supplied cut to sizes specified by the customer cannot later be returned for credit.
